Therms of reservations:
Deposit equal to 25% of the price to be paid at time of booking by bank transfer to IBAN will be given.
The remaining 75% will be paid on arrival.
Animals are not admitted.
They are not admitted more than 5-6 people.
The house will exclusively be granted for housing use - tourist, not for parties or other uses.
Check out, at 10 am; check in, at 18 pm.
In the periods 1 june/31 july; 1 august/31 august; 24 december/ 6 january,
inferior stays to 5 days/a week, are not admitted.
In the other periods, inferior stays to 3 days are not admitted.
